Right of withdrawal
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 28 (twenty-eight) days . The withdrawal period expires 28 (twenty-eight) days after the day on which:
a) you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the good, in the case of sale of a single good;
b) you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last good, in the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the consumer in one order and delivered separately;
c) you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last lot or piece, in the case of a contract for the delivery of goods consisting of multiple lots or pieces.
The product to return must meet the following requirements:
a) it must not have been worn and must not have any odor. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it.
b) must have the tag intact and attached.
c) must be placed neatly in its original package.
How to make a return
You can return your product within 28 (twenty-eight) days. The withdrawal period expires after 28 (twenty-eight) days in which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, in the case of the sale of a single good. You will be required to send the communication to firstname.lastname@example.org to request authorisation to return the good. In the request you are required to list:
a) your order number
b) your name and surname
c) the code of the product you wish to return
d) the reason why you want to return the product
Once we have received this information, we will make sure that your request meets the 28 (twenty-eight) days from the receipt of your order and that the code of the product to be returned corresponds to the order for which the request was made. If these conditions are satisfied, we will send you an email confirming your request.
PREPARING THE RETURN:
1. Prepare the package with the product to return, make sure it complies with the return policy and that it has the tag attached
2. Fill in the adhesive label with the required information and apply it outside the package, so that it is visible to the courier

It is understood that the risks and transport costs relating to the return of the products to the Seller are at Customer's charge.
If the verification of the returned products has a positive outcome and the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised within the terms and according to the procedures also provided for by art. 10 of the general conditions of sale, we shall refund you for the amount paid for the purchase of the products, free of charge, excluding any transport costs taxes and customs duties, as soon as possible from the date we receive the product in accordance with the above provisions.
The aforementioned refund shall be made on the same payment method used when the product was purchased.
If the verification of the returned products has a negative outcome, we will inform you that the refund cannot be made. In this case, you may be asked to arrange collection of the product from our warehouse at your own expense.
We do not manage changes of size or colour or product. If you wish for a change, you will need to proceed by making a return to us following the instructions above. You can then proceed to purchase the new product by placing a new order directly on our website.
If you received a faulty product, please send an email to email@example.com, within 28 (twenty-eight) days from the receipt of the goods, reporting the problem. The email must include clear photos of the defect and photos of the tag attached. The product must have the tag still attached, otherwise the defect will not be attributable to the seller. If the defect is accepted and acknowledged by us, we will proceed to refund the full amount paid for the purchase of the product. The refund will be made on the same payment method used when the product was purchased.
If the product received does not correspond to the one ordered, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, within 28 (twenty-eight) days from the receipt of the good. The email must include clear photos showing that the product received does not correspond to the one ordered and photos of the tag still attached.
